To reserve your event online:

  1. Check our Calendar, then send us a request using our online reservation form. You must include type of event.  We will then contact you regarding Fees. You must include the name and address of responsible party, date of event, type of event and phone number. A contract agreement will be forwarded by US mail or e-mail for signature.
  2. Confirmation will be posted to our calendar within 24 hours of receiving your security deposit payment.
  3. The rental fee will be due no later than 30 days prior to your event date.

Public Rental Rates for 2012



Fridays after 5pm & Saturday $110.00/hour - $120/hour with commercial kitchen  
If serving alcohol $100.00 flat fee-covers staffing; no security required  
Sunday-Thursday $80.00/hour/ $90/hour with commercial kitchen  
Cleaning Fee $200 for janitorial service after your event  
Security Deposit $500.00 due at time of booking to be refunded upon adherence to contract & post-event inspection by staff and facility manager.  

Commerical Kitchen Only: Our County-Certified commerical kitchen is available to rent by the hour for $50.00 per hour; 2 hour minimum. Great for catering & party prep or to use for holiday baking, candy making, etc.

Reservation instructions: Completion and signatures on contract & rental agreement and security deposit to hold date. Rental Fee is due no later than 2 weeks prior to event or payable with deposit if within 2 weeks of rental date.

Renters are responsible for the following clean-up:

      • Replace tables and chairs
      • Remove decorations
      • Empty garbage
      • Clean Kitchen
      • Remove outside debris from parking lot and surrounding main building
      • Cleaning service will come in after the event to clean floors and bathrooms.

  • (12) 8ft. rectangular tables for head table and buffet.
  • (1) 32" round guest registration table
  • MP-3 surround sound adapter
  • Note: If D.J or Band is scheduled for dancing, head tables and round tables may need to be disassembled in order to make room for dancing.

Corporate and Tactical Training

  • Room Capacity 150
  • (20) 60" round tables (seating 6)
  • (12) 8ft. rectangular tables.
  • Additional items available: podium / flip chart / microphone / projector screen / TV / VCR

Facility Information

  • Right of Refusal:
    The CPA reserves the right to refuse rental to any person, persons, group or organization.
  • Room Size:
    36 ft X 54 ft. (1944 square feet) Microphones: 1 standing, 1 table MP-3 surround sound adapter Beverage Service Area Commercial Kitchen: including Six burner gas stove, two ovens Dishwasher with pre-rinse Commercial Refrigerator Commercial Freezer Coffee Makers - (1) 30 cup makers (1) 55 cup makers, (1) 72 cup maker 400 pound ice maker Barbecue Pit (briquets not included) 3 Round Webers
  • China and Flatware:
    Place settings for 130 may be rented for $1.50 per setting. Renter must wash China and flatware
  • Alcoholic Beverages:
    Alcoholic beverages are permitted at some functions subject to the Hold Harmless and Indemnity provisions. No alcoholic beverages may be sold except as provided by statute per the California Business and Professions Code and required permit. $100 fee if alcohol is to be served
  • Nonexclusive Use of Facility:
    Your rental and use of the multipurpose room are nonexclusive to the Concord Police Association use of the remainder of the facilities, including but not limited to, the firing range, live fire shoot house, weight room and swimming pool.
