2026 Kiwanis Officer of the Year

Please join us in congratulating Detective Jesse Cerdas, recently named the Kiwanis Officer of the Year! Detective Cerdas has proudly served our community in many roles:

• Patrol Officer
• SWAT Team member
• Special Enforcement Team (SET)
• Recently accepted a position in our Investigations Bureau

His impact goes far beyond enforcement. Detective Cerdas spent two summers helping at Camp Concord, giving local kids the chance to enjoy the outdoors, build teamwork, and learn important life skills.

Last December, he also organized Stuff the Cruiser, partnering with the Monumental Toy Drive to deliver a huge number of toys to families in need
Detective Cerdas is a true example of service, leadership, and community care. He represents the values we work to uphold every day.
