Every year, the Kiwanis Club of Concord collaborates with the Concord Police Department to honor an officer who has demonstrated exceptional dedication to our community. The Kiwanis of Concord proudly hosts an annual luncheon to celebrate the selected employees and their families.
2025 Kiwanis Officer of the Year
Today, the Kiwanis Club of Concord had the privilege of hosting the 18th Annual Police Officer of the Year event, recognizing Detective David Boucher for his outstanding service and dedication to the City of Concord Police Department. This well-deserved honor highlights Detective Boucher’s hard work, leadership, and commitment to keeping our community safe.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended the event at The Old Spaghetti Factory to show their support. It’s always inspiring to see our community come together to recognize those who go above and beyond in service.
